Hi! My name is Kas, and I’m the founder of Graze the Day. I’ve always had a passion for bringing people together. Born and raised in Hawai’i, I grew up surrounded by a big family. Some of my earliest childhood memories are filled with huge get-togethers for every holiday and occasion, complete with copious amounts of food and great company. Not only does food fuel us, but it brings us closer together.

I began learning to create charcuterie boards in 2020, during the pandemic, after moving back home from college. My immediate family and I would gather around, enjoying each other's company. Over time, it became part of my routine to prepare a charcuterie board whenever I visit Hawai’i.

Graze the Day was created out of the desire to bring people together through an elevated, interactive food experience. It's a conversation starter for any event, creating a “wow” factor that your guests will love.
