What is a grazing table?
A grazing table is a beautifully arranged spread of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie meats, fresh fruit, crackers, dips, and other gourmet bites, designed for guests to enjoy at their leisure.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons.
Do you offer custom grazing tables?
Yes! We can tailor the selection to accommodate dietary preferences, themes, and special requests. Please note that there may be additional charges.
What is the difference between Flat Lay and Dimensional setups?
A Flat Lay is a sleek, elegant arrangement laid directly on the table, while a Dimensional setup includes risers and layered elements too create a more elevated display.
Pricing & Payment
How much do your grazing tables cost?
Pricing varies depending on the type of grazing set up and size. We price our grazing tables by size rather than guest count. Our pricing starts at $850, excluding sales tax. Delivery fee is not included and will be calculated once we receive your event location details. Please submit an inquiry form to view our pricing deck.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due the day before your event.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Following your non-refundable deposit, your remaining balance can be split into bi-weekly installments. Your entire balance needs to be paid the day before your event.
Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver and set up the grazing table?
Yes! We handle everything from delivery to setup so you can enjoy a stress-free event.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated based on location and date. We operate out of Union City, New Jersey, and mainly serve New York City and Hudson County. Please submit an inquiry form and we’ll contact you shortly with your delivery fee.
How long does setup take?
Setup times depend on the grazing table size and type. It can range from 1 - 2 hours.
Food & Dietary Preferences
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We can provide vegetarian, gluten-free, or nut-free options upon request.
How long can the food stay out?
For food safety, we recommend enjoying your grazing table within 2 - 3 hours of setup.
What happens to leftovers?
Any remaining food is yours to keep! We recommend having containers on hand for easy storage.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, you’ll receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel 7-13 days before your event, 50% of the total payment (minus the deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. We encourage you to reschedule to apply your payment towards a new date.
Can I reschedule my grazing table?
Yes! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 7 days in advance, and we’ll apply your payment toward a new date (subject to availability).
Rescheduling 4-6 days before the event may incur a $200 rescheduling fee.
Unfortunately, rescheduling is not possible within 72 hours of the event.
What if I need to cancel on the day of the event?
Day-of cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable, as preparations and ingredients will have already been finalized.
